Upon completion of the course I became a Human Resource Manager (I was formerly a Human Resource Executive before taking up the course). I wish to thank Interface for the opportunity given to take up the studies. I was very happy that upon completion of the Executive Diploma I pursued further with the Executive Masters in Management. The centre staff were very supportive and helped to make us comfortable. I enjoyed every little bit of my stay in Interface. It was truly a rewarding learning experience. As a Human Resource Manager, I am very confident in carrying out my technical and managerial tasks as a manager, planning for the future as well as analysing strategic needs of the company, due to the skills I obtained while studying the programme
I was retrenched in the last company I was working in due to my lack of qualifications. I was not sure as to where to study. My friends who had previously studied at Interface, Johor Bahru introduced and encouraged me to study there. At the start, it was quite tough for me to follow and understand the lectures as I have been out of touch for so many years since leaving school. However, as time went on, I managed to catch up due to the modular format of learning system used by Interface. It was very suitable for working adults. I wasn’t good in English and was very shy to do presentations in front of other students and lecturers. As I kept doing it more and more for each module that I attended, I became good at it and became confident in doing presentations in front of people.
